Body Sculpting

Between having babies, inherited features, aging and even just gravity, our bodies can differ in many regards from what we consider ideal. The artistry of Dr. Pnini's vast experience, combined with modern technologies that allow for increasingly smaller areas to be targeted, means that you can finally have the body that you want, even if diet and exercise together are not enough. Body Sculpting often uses minimally invasive techniques, and can frequently be performed under local anesthesia.

Abdomen - Abdominoplasty

One of the most common elective plastic surgeries, a Tummy Tuck, or Abdominoplasty, will remove excess skin and fat that has caused your belly to droop or develop unsightly wrinkles or sags. Usually, Dr. Pnini will also be able to restore abdominal tone from muscles that have become weaker or separated, and get rid of some stretch marks. Though it's not a substitute for proper diet or exercise, a tummy tuck once you have lost a lot of weight or if you have stubborn excess belly fat, may be just the thing.

Abdominal Wall Reconstruction

Due to heredity, an injury or a hernia, you may have a weakness or deformity of your abdominal wall. Abdominal Wall Reconstruction will restore this area of your body to its fullest possible capacity, while strengthening both the wall itself and the related muscles. To do so, Dr. Pnini will reposition your abdominal muscles to support your torso properly. After the operation, which is one of the least "cosmetic" plastic surgeries, you may feel a little like you are wearing a girdle, at least at first, as the area will probably feel (and be) much tighter.

Liposculpturing

You can think of Liposculpturing as the richer, younger brother of Liposuction. Though they both work in a similar manner — first breaking the fat down and then sucking it out of your body through a series of small incisions — the targeted way in which Dr. Pnini is able to perform his artistry means that even small areas of fat can be removed from your neck, arms, hips, and knees, the areas most common for Liposculpture.

It is important that you have realistic and manageable goals with Liposculpture. If you are 100 lbs overweight, diet and exercise are likely to help you most right now. Also it's unreasonable and unhealthy to expect more than a few pounds of fat to be removed — it simply puts too much stress on your body. If, however, you have fatty lumps and bumps that you want removed so that your look is smoother and more refined, it is likely that Liposculpture is for you.

Liposculpturing of Neck

This surgery can help remove fatty deposits, define your chin, or remove fat from your neck, restoring that "swan neck" you were so famous for in college.

Liposculpturing of Arms

This procedure can remove fat from the backs of your arms, or remove fatty deposits from your arms or underarms. If you're tired of that jiggle, this liposculpture may be just the ticket.

Liposculpturing of Knees

This surgery can help smooth the lumpy fatty bits that hover around your kneecaps, and make you want to rethink those shorts you were going to wear. Even if the rest of your body is in perfect shape, the knees can often be the exception without this liposculpture.

It can also remove fatty deposits or excess fat from your hips, upper thighs or backside, enabling you to finally fit into those jeans.

Abdominal Wall Liposuction Sculpture Female

Perhaps the most common form of cosmetic surgery today, increasing the size or altering the shape of your breasts is an intensely personal decision. If you have small or irregular breasts, enlarging or enhancing the breasts can change your outlook on your body for the better. There are many possible areas for positioning an implant, such as submuscular (below the muscle) and subglandular (above the muscle). The insertion can be done through a cut at the transaxillary (under the armpit), inframammary (under the muscle) and periareolar (around the areola). Dr. Pnini can give you his recommendation for the best type of surgery based on your body size and the shape of your breasts. Using either silicone or saline implants, you can recover in as little a few days to a few weeks, so long as there are no complications. Dr. Pnini can also perform surgical revision of breasts that had complications during a former breast enlargement surgery
